For Wednesday Evening Discipleship, Jamie Mulvaney encouraged us to not waste a crisis, by asking ‘what is big in your heart right now?’ He spoke about how we too often place our problems under the microscope, and magnify them, and don’t get out the telescope to see how big God is. The wonder of God, however, is not that he is somewhere out there, but he is right here, with us. With us in our problems and in the pit we see in Psalm 40. He leads us to a firm foundation, puts a new song in our mouths and leads us to magnifying God as we enjoy him.
