We offer one-off hire of our spaces on Saturdays only (January - November), subject to availability.
Spaces to hire are located at both Holy Trinity Clapham (church) and Trinity House Clapham (our church hall)
We don’t take recurring bookings but do hire out our spaces for one-off bookings. These mainly include children’s birthday parties and wedding/funeral/baptism receptions that take place at Holy Trinity Clapham.

A spacious, light room with windows, including a large stained glass window, on two sides. The wooden floor is sprung with two large mirrors at one end. There is a chairlift for those with access needs.
LOWER WWC
A smaller, light room with windows on two sides. There is a small kitchen adjacent to the lower room with a serving hatch.
NAVE
A large space, with 1st floor gallery suitable for up to 400 persons seated. Suitable for presentations or front-led events. Comes with hire of a small kitchen (suitable for tea/coffee etc.) and toilets.
Trinity House Clapham
TRINITY HOUSE CLAPHAM HALL
A recently re-furbished hall with beautiful architectural features. The hall has a large kitchen, bespoke lighting and an integrated AV and presentation system. There are 100 padded chairs available for use and 15 trestle tables.

Please note that if you are booking the Upper Wilberforce Centre and require catering facilities you will need to book the Lower Wilberforce Centre in tandem as the kitchen cannot be accessed discreetly. Booking the Nave automatically hires the Upper and Lower Wilberforce Centres in addition.

Please note that on Saturdays, there is a minimum hire of 2 hours at all venues.
Wedding Receptions
We do host a small number of wedding receptions at Trinity House Clapham and this option is open to you if you are getting married at Holy Trinity Clapham. We have additional information we can provide for those considering this so please submit an enquiry form or contact the staff offices.
Timings
All venues can be hired for any duration on a Saturday (only) between 9am and 10:30pm. There is a minimum hire duration of 2 hours.
Children’s Parties
Our venues are not available to hire for any birthday parties for persons turning 16 or over. All other party bookings must be completed by 7pm.
Catering
The hall at Trinity House Clapham has a good-sized kitchen with an electric range cooker, commercial dishwasher and serving hatch. The Wilberforce Centre has a small kitchen suitable for serving tea, coffee and other small hospitality.
Our kitchen facilities are hired on a ‘dry hire’ basis and ask that all dinnerware, serveware and glassware is hired in.
Waste
We have waste bins available on site for smaller waste items which can be used for a £20 fee. We cannot take large items of waste (total quantity or size) and this should be removed by the hirer at the end of the hire.
WiFi
A Wi-Fi network is available to access across both our sites free of charge.
