The Clapham Common Fayre is on Saturday 22nd June 11am-5pm

A traditional English Fayre! Bands, donkey rides, beer and Pimms tent , dog show, stalls,  commercial stalls, barbecue, bouncy castles, raffle, silent auction….

All proceeds to Holy Trinity Church and Lambeth Surestart

A great day out for all ages!

We need your help!

On the day: We need people to help out in the bouncing castle, beers and Pimms tents, BBQ, and other stalls.  If you can help in any way, please email Gilly Bailey-Smith.

 Silent Auction:  We need prizes for the Silent Auction and Raffle.

We would like to ask if you may be able to help by offering any prizes or if you know anyone who can. This could be by giving your skills and time and offering an “experience”, for example, if you can provide language, music, computer or sports lesson/lessons (length of time of lesson is completely up to you); bake a cake for a special occasion, such as a child’s birthday party; or whatever gifts you might have to offer?  …maybe you have a bottle of whisky at home given to you for a special occasion which you never planned on drinking etc. or alternatively – do you have links with any companies who may be interested in supporting?  If you can help in any way – please email Lynne Robinson or Elle Middleton

 

An easy way to help us raise money and advertise if you live in Clapham!:

Every year, we are fortunate to have sponsorship by Marsh and Parsons with the Common Fayre.  Each year, you lovely people give us your names and addresses, authorising Marsh and Parsons to promote the fayre outside your home. This helps enormously with the promotion of the event and helps raise the funds.  Can you help this year?

Please email Karen Simmonds – our church warden on karen@travelmatters.co.uk. She needs your name, full address and postal code. For every address we have Marsh and Parsons donate £15 to the Common Fayre. This year 25% of our profits will go to the charity Homestart.

The boards will be displayed for 4 weeks prior to the event and will be taken down on the Monday after the event.
