Operations Manager

Holy Trinity Clapham is a vibrant Anglican church on Clapham Common that has an inspiring past and an exciting future and we are seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our staff team. 

This post is at the heart of our vision to see every life bearing fruit for Jesus. The Operations Manager will take responsibility for managing the operational aspects of church life working as a key part of the Operations team to ensure that areas under their responsibility support our growth and new strategic initiatives. As we become a Resource Church and look to plant we require an individual who will proactively support the Associate Minister (Operations and Development) as we turn faith and vision into action.

You will have excellent organisational skills and a desire to support the running of a busy church by enabling systems and processes to run well. You will have experience of running multiple projects and events and the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines. A committed team player, you will enjoy working alongside others and have a ‘can-do’ attitude that looks to find solutions and turn vision into action. You will be committed to the vision of Holy Trinity Clapham and its values and be seeking to build God’s Kingdom in all that you do.

This is a full-time role with a six month probationary period.

There is a Genuine Occupational Requirement of the post that the post holder will be a Christian in full sympathy with the aims and ethos of Holy Trinity Clapham’s vision and values.
